5 min walk to the white sandy beach and the famous pier, dozens of restaurants, tennis courts, and children playground are all withing a short within walking distance. Across the street from Anastasia state park with many trails, historic lighthouse and amphitheater. 7 min ride to Bridge of Lions and historic St. Augustine town center. 4 min ride to kids’ favorite Alligator Farm and Zoo.

🏖️ BEACH AND PARK
Across the street from the Anastasia State Park and miles of white sandy beaches with showers and full facilities. Full time access to beach volleyball and bocce courts, plus seasonal beachside vendor market on Wednesdays. Bike and carts rental around the corner. We also include full assortment of beach gear including towels, folding beach cart, chairs, umbrella, volleyball, football, and 4 tennis racquets.

🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
A brand-new memory foam king in the master bedroom with plenty of space to move around and two hanging closets. The guest bedroom features a memory foam queen bed plus a folding murphy twin bed – great for couples, couples with children, or a great kids room. The living room setup features a brand new pull-out full-size sofa with memory foam mattress, plus an unfolding armchair that converts to a twin bed. Total of 5 beds to suit any needs.

🍳 AMENITIES
A kitchen complete with all the essentials ensures guests enjoy the convenience and comfort of home. Stainless steel appliances, upscale Nespresso coffee/cappuccino machine, and all equipment and utensils needed to whip-up a breakfast, make your favorite dish, or serve a take-out meal. The newly renovated bathrooms feature spacious rainwater and hand-held showerheads, hairdryers, and ample storage space for personal belongings. An ample supply of home and beach towels is provided, along with complimentary trash bags and both dishwasher and laundry detergents. Each room is equipped with a big screen TV offering popular streaming platforms as well as complimentary channels. Pack n’ Play and high chair are available upon request.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $115.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
