This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just minutes from popular attractions and is ideal for family vacations, weekend retreats, or remote work stays. It offers the comforts of home along with amenities that work well for families with younger children, friends traveling together, or professionals needing reliable remote access. The interior is being updated and will feature tasteful modern décor designed to create a pleasant and comfortable experience.

BEACH AND PARK. Across the street from the Anastasia State Park and miles of white sandy beaches with showers and full facilities. Full time access to beach volleyball and bocce courts, plus seasonal beachside vendor market on Wednesdays. Bike and carts rental around the corner. We also include full assortment of beach gear including towels, folding beach cart, chairs, umbrella, volleyball, football, and 4 tennis racquets.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS. A brand-new memory foam king in the master bedroom with plenty of space to move around and two hanging closets. The guest bedroom features a memory foam queen bed plus a folding murphy twin bed – great for couples, couples with children, or a great kids room. The living room setup features a brand new pull-out full-size sofa with memory foam mattress, plus an unfolding armchair that converts to a twin bed. Total of 5 beds to suit any needs.

WORKING REMOTELY. For individuals requiring remote work capabilities, we provide a dedicated workstation located in the master bedroom. This space is equipped with a 27-inch monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a multi-screen docking station, ensuring a quiet environment separate from the kitchen and dining areas.

AMENITIES. A kitchen complete with all the essentials ensures guests enjoy the convenience and comfort of home. Stainless steel appliances, upscale Nespresso coffee/cappuccino machine, and all equipment and utensils needed to whip-up a breakfast, make your favorite dish, or serve a take-out meal. The newly renovated bathrooms feature spacious rainwater and hand-held showerheads, hairdryers, and ample storage space for personal belongings. An ample supply of home and beach towels is provided, along with complimentary trash bags and both dishwasher and laundry detergents. Each room is equipped with a big screen TV offering popular streaming platforms as well as complimentary channels. Pack n’ Play and high chair are available upon request.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $115.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
